If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your VINCI product(s), simply return it with the original receipt and packaging via Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund of the product price.* If the item is returned within this time frame, we will issue a full refund to the Credit Card account used for purchasing.
Note: If you purchased a product online (VINCI Learning Toys excluded) and you would like to return or exchange it, the shipping costs associated with the return/exchange will not be reimbursed.
* Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many external factors beyond our control, VINCI Education Corp., cannot be held liable for any late deliveries.

Returns on Purchase at Other Retailers
If you are unsatisfied with your product(s) purchased at a retail location other than VINCI Store, please contact the retailer for its specific return policy. Returns on DVDs
Only unopened DVD returns will be accepted. In the rare case where the DVD is proven faulty, we will provide a refund even it if it is opened.
Returns on Learning Toys
In order to receive a full refund on VINCI Learning Toys, all toys must remain in a new condition with all the game pieces intact. Items must be returned with all the original packaging and accessories. Please note that we offer free returns on VINCI Learning Toys only.

Returns on Downloadable Content (Apps and Videos from VINCI Kids Library & VINCI Curriculum Store)
If you are unsatisfied with your VINCI Curriculum or Kids Library app purchase, you will have 15 minutes from the time of download to return the app for a full refund. To request your refund, access your App List from VINCI Curriculum Central or Kids Library Installer and locate the title of the app you want to return. If the app has been installed, choose "Uninstall & Return" option. If the app has been purchased, but not installed, then select "Return." Note: You must have VINCI Curriculum Central or Kids Library Installer to request a return.

Returns on MicroSD Card Packages
VINCI MicroSD Packs contain learning apps as part of VINCI Curriculum. We do NOT accept returns/exchanges on VINCI MicroSD Cards unless it is unopened, and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, after which no replacement/exchange will be honored. Any opened MicroSD card package cannot be returned regardless of whether you have/or have not gone through the installation. VINCI SD cards are VINCI Tab-specific and cannot be used in any third party tablets or phones.

Replacements and Exchanges
Damaged and Defective Items
We recommend that the customer reviews the package and its contents upon delivery to ensure that it is free of any external damage/defect(s) that may have occurred during the transportation. Any defect found during the first inspection will be considered as reasonable grounds for exchange or return of the product(s) to the corresponding VINCI retail or online store where the product was originally purchased. VINCI Tab and VINCI Tab II M come with the industry's best warranty with 12 months parts and labor. The warranty is valid for defects during normal use. The warranty is not applicable to VINCI's touch screen, which is designed with durable tempered glass. In the rare case, where the touch screen is damaged, the replacement cost is $ (US) 50.00, excluding shipping costs.
